“The wise warrior avoids the battle...” Sun Tzu, The Art of War

Not long after King David sat down on his 'throne on high', situated on the north side of the Great Pyramid circa 15 meters above the ground, another military commander was writing his treatise on the Art of War.

Sun Tzu said 'He will win who knows when to fight, and when not to fight...'
Mohamed Ismail Khaled, the new Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, must not have read this ancient tome as he has now forced my hand. He and Minister Fathy must now answer before me and my people at the International Court of Justice.
Those who have followed my work will know that I have made every effort not to be named, not to receive any financial reward, notoriety or payment of any kind. I have not even applied for any personal expenses which have been numerous and significant. I gave Dr Waziri, Mohamed el Seaidy and Secretary General Ashraf Mohie 'a gift' of my research and made my anonymity, and a single muon scan of the subterranean chamber, a condition of the transfer.
This gift was later to translate into a material scientific discovery to reignite the fortunes of Egypt and the Religious and Scientific world.
Repeated staff changes, the disruption caused by the relocation to the New Administrative Capital in the desert and the prideful ignorance of Zahi Hawass have all led to Judgement and legal action by a team that are so feared, by those who know them, that none in their right mind would willingly oppose them.

I came quietly, respectful of an ancient land, and now I must prosecute the very people I came to help. If I am angry it is at the wasteful inefficiencies that plague Egyptian government and administrations today. I have struggled with institutional corruption on a massive scale, from people who suck the fat of the land while their fellow Egyptians starve.
My ten years of scientific study and a body of proof were so extensive that all who received it were in awe. The tomb which Egyptian archaeologists have been searching for is right in front of them while officials spend more time jockeying for the next TV opportunity.
Four billion Muslims, Christians and Jews around the world are ritualistically mandated to come visit the Ark of the Covenant, the location is identified and the most extraordinary new Grand Egyptian Museum is ready to showcase the discovery...and the Supreme Council of Antiquities in Egypt all-the-while-wasting-time, looking for photo-opportunities and missing the big picture!

Not once did I speak of my government authority or the power of wealthy men that support what I stand for. Not once did I threaten or force anyone to do anything they didn't want to do. All representatives of the Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities, with whom I met frequently, supported the data and the hypothesis. All signed-off and all gave their authority to scan the southern passageway of the subterranean chamber of the Great Pyramid with muon radiation under the official banner of Scan Pyramids Mission. Only Zahi Hawass stood in the way, silently, like an assassin, who never attended any meetings and never met with me personally. Surely his time is at an end!
The old guard is dead. The new guard has arrived.

The legal precepts for the International Court of Justice requires that a case be ruled upon by a national judge first. That being already accomplished further judgment can be made and damages awarded by an International Court. In the case where such economic and religious laws have been flouted and harm inflicted, awards can be extremely high. It is not unknown for these to be in the hundreds of millions (USD) for each nation involved, as recently experienced by Ethiopia, the land of the Enoch parchments.
It is unwise for any government, least of all Egypt in its precarious economic position, to take actions which subvert the interests of their own people (a matter for the International Court of Human Rights) but to go further and jeopardise the stability of the Middle East because of the avarice of one man (Zahi Hawass) is to invite danger and retribution from those sovereign states which they have harmed.
Incompetence and wilful ignorance are not a defence. Moreover, they often form the basis of the judgment in favour of the applicant. Dr Warner represents decades of professional success within the governments of the United Kingdom and Europe and the slander and defamation proffered by Zahi Hawass cannot go unanswered. Hawass has become a curiosity and short-lived companion to the rich and famous, but he has no experience with the powerful. In that respect he has inflicted harm and ignominy on his own homeland which has invited powerful men to take action.

The author does indeed 'know when to fight and when not to fight'...and it is time to fight!
Minister Sherif Fathy has a legal obligation to remove or at least suspend Zahi Hawass until final judgement is made...lest the harm he continues to inflict increase the incalculable damages he creates.
This foolish man has enjoyed unfettered and profitable control over Egypt. This will end soon. I will tolerate it no longer.
He has lied about my work, he has harmed the respective countries and he has robbed the Egyptian people, whom I love, of the respite they seek daily.
